Coach Bill is co-owner of Five Mountain Fitness and the founder the fitness class CHISEL BY BILL® offered at Five Mountain Fitness six days a week. Bill’s passion for growth and empowerment extends well beyond the physical walls of the gym, choosing to spend time empowering his clients and teaching them about mental fitness and strength in addition to physicality. Approaching fitness with an authentic holistic approach, Bill takes into account all aspects, from emotional, to physical, to nutritional. Susan Case, Co-Owner
Susan began her journey with Five Mountain Fitness 14 years ago after moving to Waimea to be closer to family. After an ankle injury sidelined her, she started to look for ways to improve her strength and stability. It is then that she began working with her now-husband Bill who introduced her to Powerlifting. “It is through the work with Bill that I found a new sense of self. For the first time in my life I started to feel strong and began to look for ways in which I could share my passion for fitness.” A three-time WABDL world record holder in powerlifting, Susan says, “My greatest joy comes from empowering people, especially women and teens, and seeing them do things they never thought they could do.”
Betsy is a Physical Education/Health and Wellness teacher and athletic coach at Hawai'i Preparatory Academy. She holds a Master's in Kinesiology from Fresno Pacific University. Her passion for education and coaching drew her to expand her instruction to the adult fitness world. She is the first and only Spinning®️ Master Instructor in the State of Hawaii. Betsy loves training and motivating, but more importantly, she loves teaching the science and methodology of body movement and exercise. Her goal is to help people improve their body awareness so that their workout experience can be as effective, efficient and fun as possible.

Tori has been an instructor at Five Mountain Fitness for over a decade teaching Spin® and Group Fitness Classes. Tori has a passion for Spinning® and fitness that she passes on to her students, making her classes exciting and fun. Her enthusiasm is contagious!
Jennifer is an active enthusiast who has cross-trained for a variety of activities and sports. Her current passion is triathlon training, with cycling being her favorite sport. Jennifer’s goal is to bring road racing elements into her Spinning® class, allowing for a powerful experience that connects the bike to the body. Jennifer has been teaching Spin® classes at Five Mountain Fitness for over a decade.
After Elenka received her M.Ed. in Child Development, she discovered powerlifting where her true passion for building the connection between exercise and self-confidence in students of all ages budded. Her goal is to provide families a deeper understanding of exercise and nutrition in the household by creating a strong foundation based on education. Elenka is also excited to create training programs for pre and postpartum mothers and their infants to bring her passion of child development around full circle.

Growing up on the Big Island, Ava has always been a passionate fitness and outdoor enthusiast. Exercise, it it’s many modalities, is her happy place. This intense love has led her to summit Kilimanjaro as well as outrigger paddle during all sorts of weather at the other "Waikiki Beach” in Salem, Massachusetts. Keenly aware of the mental and physical benefits of a consistent fitness program, Ava’s hopes to support others in the pursuit of their individual goals.

Meet Shantelle, she is part of the early morning crew, opening the gym at 4:00 am Monday through Friday ensuring the early birds are set up for success with their workouts. A preschool teacher by trade, Shantelle is the mother of three and self-proclaimed “Sports Mom”. She is proud to be part of the Five Mountain Fitness “Ohana.
