June Class Schedule

When you come into the gym for the first time you will need to sign the new COVID-19 waiver, sign in, and sanitize your hands. Please make sure you are social distancing during the process of coming and going from the gym.

There are designated areas marked with tape on the classroom floor for each student. If equipment is used in class, please do not put any equipment away. Our staff will clean and put away.

Betsy’s M/W/F 5:30am class is 60 minutes. Depending on attendance we may change that class to two 30 minute classes.

“Tone with Tori” will be M/Tu/W/F at 8am and is 30 minutes except the Tuesday class is 40 minutes.

For our “Zumba with Marilyn” on M/W/F we are running 2 classes, 30 minutes each at 8:45am and 9:20am.

BarreAbove with Marilyn is 60 minutes on Friday at 8:45am.

Coach Bill is still teaching his ZOOM CHISEL class M/W/F at 5pm until June 19th.

Masks are required in the gym for June. Please bring your own mat and if you feel more comfortable bringing your own weights then please feel free.

Classes are limited to 9 students for June. At this point we are doing “first come, first served” for classes. If that doesn’t work, we will modify. And please know that this will be temporary as we move towards a new normal.
