Ok, I can’t believe I have to write this email but as you probably have read in the news, the Governor has extended the 'stay-at-home' order until May 31. ONE MORE MONTH. But don’t worry, we are still with you and WE CAN DO THIS! There are things you can do during this time to increase your overall health and keep moving forward. One of those things is staying connected even though we are supposed to be distancing ourselves.
One simple way to help yourself is to get some community connection in a group setting. Your tribe of people is just waiting for you to attend Coach Bill’s ZOOM CHISEL class! There's a group of about 15 people consistently, which is GREAT, but we miss the rest of you. If you haven't already, give Zoom a try. We know it’s not the same as being at the gym, but can guarantee you'll feel better afterwards. We are surprised at how much fun we are having doing the ZOOM classes in our living room and how much it is making us feel better. I personally love seeing everyone and especially love listening to everyone saying “hi” to everyone else in class. We miss you and can't wait to see you.

Many have asked how to pay for these classes. You have a few options. You can tell me to charge you for your regular dues, or you can donate online via either
PayPal (Susan Case email@example.com) or
Venmo (Susan Case @fivemountainfitness).
We are suggesting a $10 donation for class but if you cannot afford you can donate whatever you can and if you have lost your job and cannot pay don’t worry, please come anyway!!
Also, Coach Bill is available for one-on-one personal training and health coaching via FaceTime, Skype, Zoom, or phone. If anyone is interested, please call or text me at 808-333-8017.
But please give ZOOM a try! We would love to see you!!
And we want to AGAIN thank all of you who have insisted that we still charge you for April dues. You have no idea how much that means to us. We love you all and miss you so much.
Be well, take care, stay safe, and please reach out to us if you need anything. We look forward to seeing you on Zoom and also seeing you in person when we OPEN the gym on June 1st unless we allowed to open earlier!
Bill and Susan
