ZOOM UPDATE: Zoom now requires meetings to have a password for added security.
How to join ZOOM:
Google ZOOM or go to www.zoom.us
Then click “Join a Meeting”
Enter the following Meeting ID: 884 886 0817
The password is 651290
Then click “JOIN”
Note – the password is the gym address so if you forget you can always look at the website for the address.
Class times will be the following:
Monday/Wednesday/Friday – 5pm
Monday/Thursday – 8am
Please note that class times/days may change depending on demand.
